In 2005 HMS Hotel Mystery Shoppers (a subsidiary of Hospitality Optimal Service Testing Inc.) was commissioned by Camino Real Hotel & Resorts to design key Brand Standards to implement at select properties throughout Latin America. 

In 2006 HMS Hotel Mystery Shoppers (a subsidiary of Hospitality Optimal Service Testing Inc.) entered into a Confidentiality Agreement as a vendor with the Marriott Corporation enabling them to reciprocate the use of confidential and proprietary information with individual Marriott properties for the purpose of assisting them in evaluating compliance with Marriott Brand Standards.
