WHILE ON SITE, OUR INSPECTORS WILL:

all corridor, public, and exterior guest contact areas for condition,
cleanliness, condition, brand compliance, safety, security, and other
liability issues.

Evaluate
all hotel services available to guests across all departments (front office
related, housekeeping related, room service, business center, fitness center
related, etc.) for timeliness, efficiency, personalized service, and brand
compliance.

Evaluate
daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner in all outlets using specific Brand
Standards.

Evaluate
lounge service standards using specific Brand Standards.

Perform
random Integrity Testing to ensure employee honesty.

Evaluate compliance with Guest Services performance using
specific Brand Service Standards.

Challenge
associates across all departments with opportunities to demonstrate initiative
to create a WOW guest experience during the stay.

Document
associates performance utilizing detailed checklists, comments, and narrative
formatting.

Identify
associates by name in the report whenever possible.

Quantify
performance within each individual area and each individual section of the
inspection using a percent of total compliance rating method.
