¶ Instrumental in the design and implementation of the first Westin Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Brand Standards Quality Assurance Audit Program
¶ Drafted Delta Airline’s "Above & Beyond" In-Flight Service Excellence Program
¶ Resourceful working knowledge of Westin, Sheraton, Marriott, Renaissance, Leading Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, and other corporate, franchise, and independent hotel/resort Brand Standards.
