In 1994 HMS Hotel Mystery Shoppers (
a subsidiary of Hospitality Optimal Service Testing Inc.) was called upon by Westin Hotels & Resorts Worldwide commissioning them to assist in the design and domestic implementation of their first Brand Standards Quality Assurance Audit Program.

In 2005 the President of Camino Real Hotels, Mr. Juan Manuel Perez Gomez, commissioned HOST to design important Brand Standards criteria to be implemented at landmark Camino Real hotels and resorts throughout Latin America.  HMS Hotel Mystery Shoppers (
a subsidiary of Hospitality Optimal Service Testing Inc.) was also commissioned by the President to conduct covert inspection operations at various locations.

In 2006 HMS (
a subsidiary of Hospitality Optimal Service Testing Inc.) entered into a Confidentiality Agreement as an official vendor with the Marriott Corporation enabling them to reciprocate the use of confidential and proprietary information with individual Marriott properties for the purpose of assisting them in evaluating compliance with Marriott Brand Standards.  Since that time HMS Hotel Mystery Shoppers (a subsidiary of Hospitality Optimal Service Testing Inc.) has conducted Marriott QA Self-Audits, Brand Standards Compliance Audits, and Competitive Matrix Analysis Audits throughout the United States and the Caribbean markets.
